And so thats where we are right now. Thats my evaluation of whether or not theyre responding to anything Im telling them. Because what it tells me is it tells me about potential. So now what I do, if theyre below that black line, I meet with them, I talk about how wonderful it would be for them to transfer to Stanford and destroy their program. Anson: Well, actually, I mean, Ive got a lot of others that I can throw out there for you, because let me tell you about potential. And I think companies and managers are trying to figure out how to identify the right data at the right time and present it in the right ways. And the core value review is not done by me, its done by their peers. And so Im thinking, well, Im going to correct that this year. In fact thought maybe I should adopt these, these are fantastic. And people are thinking about how do I find workers, get them onboarded, develop them, keep them, get them performing. The three V three scrimmages are recorded. There was nothing inspiring about them, and I was thinking gosh, none of this stuff works. That 10 year lawsuit was a part of it, but also Jack Welch, one of the great business people of all time, convinced me of this as well. Because obviously if I want to be protected from the chaos of the universe and Im a player in this environment, who are the people that are going to completely agree with anything you tell them on tell them on the problem? And so we just dont tolerate any kind of whining in any part of any practice, and hopefully theres no whining behind our backs either. Of course were all excited by huge talent and so the temptation is always to recruit talent. Anson has 40 years in his coaching career and hes lost less than 70 games. And then theyre all forced totheyre all forced to memorize. Im trying to drive every one of my kids to their potential.
